For the final Verification of your documents for Honhaar Undergraduate Scholarship Phase-II, visit your faculty/campus focal person office (list attached) along with copies of the below-mentioned documents till on 12-13 March 2025.
NOTE: Also write your serial no(available on link https://shorturl.at/CR26L ) on the top of your documents.
1. Copy of student Card & CNIC
2. Father/Guardian CNIC
3. Only Punjab Domicile Eligible
4. Spring Semester Paid Voucher
5. CGPA List or DMC of winter semester 2024-25 (LMS result is not acceptable)
6. Honhaar Income Affidavit
7. Last 3-month utility bills (Electricity/Gas/Water/Telephone)
8. Rent agreement (if any)
9. Salary Slip of Guardian (if any)
These documents are ASPECTED and according to your university.
